FAQ

What are your policies?


1. There will be a retainer fee of 50% of the final amount to secure the project/date. Amount will go towards your project. Please understand that the project is not secured until the retainer fee has been received with a signed contract. Retainers are not refundable after 30 days of the signed contract date. If, I am unable to fulfill my end of the agreement and break the contract, retainer will be refunded. 2. Rates that are quoted through a contractor emails are effective within 7 days of initial contract/email date. Prices are subject to change without notice after 7 days. If deposit and signed contract have not been received. 3. Should there be a need to have products delivered, a traveling fee will be included. Pricing will vary if the drive exceeds 15 miles of West Covina. 4. REGARDING RENTALS: Clients shall assume 100% liability for damages incurred to supplies during rental duration. Inspections shall be conducted prior to and after release of appropriate items. Costs required to replace or restore rented items back to pre-rented condition, whichever is lower, shall be paid in full by the client.




Why is a retainer fee required?


Retainers are done to ensure that you have your desired project(s) and dates secured! Time is of the essence so I want to make sure that I have enough time to work on every project. They also secure your rentals if you choose to rent canvases/props from me.




What forms of payment do you take?

If you choose to pay via PayPal, please be sure to select the "send money to friends and family" option. That would help me out greatly!




Can I provide canvases and bottles for you?


Yes! You can always provide me with your own mirrors, chalkboards, cardstocks, and bottles for me to work with. Prices will vary then, so please contact me for this option!




What is the process for renting and how long is the rental period?


Rentals are dealt with like any other order, except you return the products at the end. They will be given the week of the event to clients, unless discussed prior. All rentals are to be returned 3 days after the event.

What is the turnaround for orders?


Depending on what is that you are ordering, most orders such as cups, have an expected turnaround time of approximately 2-3 weeks. If you need it sooner, please contact me directly so we can work something out. There can be a possible "rushed order" fee with certain orders in a certain time frame.




Is it possible to "rush" an order?


In the case that you do need a rushed order, depending on what it is, it is possible to do with a rushed order fee.




Do you ship?


Yes! Most things are able to be shipped to you (out of the city and state). Please contact me to get specifics!
